Happy Sake Day everyone! In 1978 the Japan Sake Brewer's Association declared October 1st "Nihonshu no Hi" (Sake Day) to celebrate and promote the enjoyment of sake.

Please join us in a virtual "kanpai!" tonight by going to your favorite Japanese restaurant to enjoy some premium sake!
